Monica Gandhi, MD, MPH

Monica Gandhi is an American infectious disease specialist and researcher. She is a professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and has made significant contributions to the field of HIV research. Gandhi has published numerous papers on HIV treatment and prevention, and has received several awards for her work. She is also a vocal advocate for HIV awareness and education. Gandhi has been recognized as one of the top HIV researchers in the world by several publications, including The New York Times and Forbes. She has also been featured in several media outlets, including NPR and CNN. Gandhi is currently the director of the UCSF HIV Program and the chief of the HIV Clinical Research Unit at UCSF.
