Mr. Bubbs

Mr. Bubbs was a pet monkey owned by Jim Jones. He was a capuchin monkey and was known for his intelligence and affectionate nature. Mr. Bubbs was a popular figure in the Peoples Temple and was often featured in Jones' propaganda materials. He was also known for his ability to perform tricks and was often used as a prop in Jones' speeches. Mr. Bubbs died in 1978, reportedly due to neglect and poor care.
