Nassir al-Hashimi

Nassir al-Hashimi is an Iraqi politician and economist who has served as a member of the Iraqi Parliament. He has also worked as a consultant for various international organizations, including the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. Al-Hashimi has expertise in energy policy and has written extensively on the topic. He has also been a vocal critic of the Iraqi government's handling of the country's energy crisis. Al-Hashimi has a PhD in economics from the University of Baghdad and has taught at several universities in Iraq.
