Naznin Afshin-Jam is an Iranian human rights activist and lawyer. She was born in 1980 in Tehran, Iran. Afshin-Jam has been a vocal critic of the Iranian government's human rights record and has been arrested several times for her activism. She has also worked with various international organizations to promote human rights in Iran. Afshin-Jam has received several awards for her work, including the Martin Ennals Award and the Amnesty International UK Media Award. She is also a member of the Iranian human rights organization, the Center for Human Rights in Iran.
