Nellie Cashman

Nellie Cashman was an American pioneer, nurse, and writer. She was born in 1845 in New York and moved to the American West in the late 1800s. She worked as a nurse during the Nez Percé War and later wrote about her experiences. She was also a strong advocate for women's rights and education.
