Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes

Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, also known as 'El Mencho', is a Mexican drug lord and leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. He has been involved in various violent conflicts with rival cartels and has been the target of numerous investigations and operations by Mexican authorities. Cervantes has also been linked to various human rights abuses and has been accused of ordering the murder of numerous individuals. He is currently in custody and faces various charges related to his alleged crimes.
