Nic Claxton

Nic Claxton is an American professional basketball player who plays as a center for the Brooklyn Nets. He was drafted by the Nets with the 17th overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft. Claxton has quickly become a key contributor to the team, averaging solid numbers and making decent money. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, he grew up playing basketball and attended high school at Episcopal High School in Virginia. Claxton was named to the ACC All-Defensive Team as a freshman and won the conference's Defensive Player of the Year award.
