Niccolò Machiavelli was an Italian diplomat, philosopher, and writer. He is best known for his book 'The Prince', which is considered one of the most influential works of political philosophy in history. Machiavelli served as a diplomat and advisor to the Medici family in Florence, Italy. He was a key figure in the Italian Renaissance and is widely regarded as one of the greatest thinkers of the 15th century.
