Nicholas Maxwell

Nicholas Maxwell is an emeritus reader in philosophy of science at University College London, where he previously taught philosophy of science for nearly thirty years. He is a prominent philosopher of science and has written extensively on the philosophy of Karl Popper and his ideas about science and knowledge. Maxwell has also worked on the philosophy of social sciences and the nature of human flourishing. He is the author of several books, including What's Wrong with Philosophy?
