Nicole Mann

Nicole Mann is an American astronaut and engineer. She was born in 1974 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Nicole earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree in astronautical engineering from the University of Tennessee. She was selected as a NASA astronaut in 2013 and has flown on two Space Shuttle missions. Nicole is also a veteran of the US Air Force and has worked as a test engineer and a systems engineer. She is the first Native American woman to fly in space.
