Niko Härting is a German lawyer and academic. He has been practicing law in Berlin since 1993 and is a professor at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin since 1991. Härting founded his own law firm, Härting, in 1996. In 2020, he expressed doubts about the proportionality of pandemic policy. He has been hosting a podcast called 'Corona im Rechtsstaat' to discuss various aspects of pandemic policy.
