Njeim Osama Elmasry

Njeim Osama Elmasry is a Libyan police chief who has been accused of war crimes by the International Criminal Court. He has been the head of the Libyan police since 2019 and has been involved in various human rights cases in the country. Elmasry has a degree in law from the University of Libya and has worked in various roles in the Libyan government. He is based in Tripoli, Libya.
