Norman Parkinson was a British photographer and war correspondent, best known for his work during World War II. Born in 1914, Parkinson began his career as a photographer for the Daily Express, where he covered the Spanish Civil War and World War II. He was known for his bravery and skill behind the camera, and his photographs were widely published in newspapers and magazines around the world. Parkinson was also a talented artist and painter, and his work has been exhibited in galleries and museums. He died in 1990 at the age of 76.
