Olga Katic is a renowned mushroom expert and entrepreneur. She grew up foraging for wild mushrooms in Bosnia and Hercegovina and has a deep understanding of the medicinal properties of various species. Katic is the founder of Mushroom Mountain, a company that produces spawn for edible and medicinal mushrooms, as well as mushroom extracts and honeys. She is also the lead instructor of a FDA-endorsed wild mushroom food safety certification program. Katic is based in the United States.
