Oona A. Hathaway

Oona A. Hathaway is a professor of international law and political science at Yale Law School. She is a leading expert on international law and has written extensively on topics including the law of war, international criminal law, and human rights. Hathaway has also served as a nonresident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the American Society of International Law. She is a graduate of Yale Law School and has a Master's degree in international law from the University of Oxford. Hathaway is based in New Haven, Connecticut.
