The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is an international organization that promotes security, stability, and cooperation in Europe and beyond. The OSCE was established in 1975 and has 57 member states, including 27 European countries, as well as Canada, the United States, and several countries in Asia. The OSCE has a broad mandate, including promoting democracy, human rights, and the rule of law, as well as preventing conflicts and promoting economic development.
