Orin Porter Rockwell

Orin Porter Rockwell was a Mormon militia leader and vigilante who played a key role in the Mountain Meadows Massacre. He was a member of the Mormon Church and served as a scout and guide for the Mormon pioneers. Rockwell was known for his bravery and his willingness to take action against perceived threats to the Mormon community. He was also known for his involvement in the Mountain Meadows Massacre, which resulted in the deaths of over 120 people. Rockwell died in 1878 at the age of 67.
