He was born in 1908 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and was the father of Osama bin Laden, the founder of al-Qaeda. Osman bin Laden was a prominent figure in Saudi Arabian business and politics, serving as a member of the Saudi Arabian Council of Economic and Development Affairs. He passed away on March 29, 1967, at the age of 58.
