Paco Plaza

Paco Plaza is a Spanish film director and screenwriter. He is best known for directing the documentary film 'Mugaritz', which explores the life and work of the renowned Basque chef Andoni Luis Aduriz. Plaza has also directed several other documentary films, including 'El Canto del Colibrí' and 'La Isla Mágica'. He has worked as a journalist and presenter on several Spanish television programs, including 'Las entrevistas de Aimar'. Plaza has won several awards for his work, including the Goya Award for Best Documentary Film. He is based in San Sebastián, Spain.
