Professor and editor of Rothbard's works
Patrick Newman is an American professor and editor of the works of Murray Rothbard. He has edited and produced several of Rothbard's unfinished books and has written extensively on Rothbard's economics and history. Newman has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago and has taught at several universities, including New York University and the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a fellow of the Mises Institute and has been a visiting scholar at the Austrian Economics Research Center at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Newman is a strong advocate for Austrian economics and has written several books on the subject. He is also a vocal critic of central banking and has advocated for a return to the gold standard.
