Patti Scialfa

Patti Scialfa is an American musician, singer, and songwriter. She was born on November 27, 1960, in Sayreville, New Jersey. Scialfa is best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the E Street Band, which she joined in 1984. She has also released several solo albums and has been a vocal advocate for social justice and women's rights. Scialfa has been married to Bruce Springsteen since 1991 and has three children with him.
