Paul Moreno

Paul Moreno is an American lawyer and legal expert. He is an associate professor at the University of Colorado Law School. Moreno has written extensively on issues related to racial justice, mass incarceration, and the criminal justice system. He has also testified before Congress on issues related to sentencing reform and has been a vocal critic of systemic racism in the U.S. legal system.
