Paul Syverson

Paul Syverson is a cryptographer and computer scientist who has worked at the National Security Agency (NSA). He is a well-known expert in the field of cryptography and has written several papers on the subject. Syverson has also been involved in the development of several cryptographic protocols and has testified before Congress on the use of cryptography in national security. He is currently a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
