Pavel Slunkin

Pavel Slunkin is a Belarusian diplomat who served as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Belarusian Embassy in Moscow from 2015 to 2018. He has also worked as a researcher at the Institute of International Relations in Minsk. Slunkin has written extensively on Belarusian foreign policy and has been a vocal critic of the Lukashenko regime.
