Peter Bensinger is an American lawyer and former FBI Director. He served as the Director of the FBI from 2002 to 2003 and was also the Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Bensinger has also served as the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and has been a vocal advocate for cybersecurity and counterterrorism efforts. He has written several books on these topics and has been a frequent commentator on national security issues.
