Peter Connolly

Peter Connolly is a classical archaeologist and historian who has worked on several excavations in Greece and Italy. He is a professor of classical archaeology at the University of Cambridge and has written several books on the subject. Connolly has also been a fellow at the British School at Rome and has received several awards for his research. He is a fellow of the British Academy and has been a member of the Royal Society of Antiquaries of Great Britain. Connolly is a popular speaker and has given several lectures on classical archaeology at universities around the world. He is also a skilled classical musician and has performed with several orchestras. Connolly is a native of the UK and has a Ph.D. in classical archaeology from the University of Cambridge.
