Peter Hegseth

Peter Hegseth is an American politician and former US Army officer. He served as the Director of the US Army National Guard and was a candidate for the US Senate in New Hampshire. Hegseth has also worked as a journalist and has written for several publications. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and has served in the US Army Reserve. Hegseth has been a vocal supporter of veterans' issues and has advocated for policies to support military families.
