Peter Mortimer is a professional ultrarunner and chef who has completed numerous ultra-marathons, including the Arizona Monster 300-miler. Peter is also a skilled chef and owns a popular food truck called Pete's Meats, where he serves his signature brisket dishes to hungry runners. In his free time, Peter enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors. He is based in Flagstaff, Arizona.
