Pets Fox is a fictional character created by Boris Izaguirre. He is the husband of Rosalind Fox and a key figure in her life of espionage. Fox is a complex character with a troubled past. He is involved in various schemes and is often at odds with Mr. Higgs, the Foxes' mayordomo and agent secret. Fox plays a significant role in the British intelligence community during World War II.
