Phil Levota is the current Jackson County Executive. He has been in office since 2017. Prior to his election, Levota served as a member of the Jackson County Council. He is running for full-term as County Executive. Levota is a Democrat and has been a vocal advocate for progressive policies in Jackson County. He has also been involved in various community organizations and initiatives. Levota is a native of Missouri and has lived in Jackson County his entire life. He is married with two children.
