Phil Morris is an American voice actor and comedian. He is best known for his roles as John Jones in the DC Comics animated series Justice League Unlimited and as the voice of the character in the video game series Grand Theft Auto. Morris has also appeared in several other TV shows and films, including The Simpsons and The X-Files. He has also worked as a stand-up comedian and has released several comedy albums.
