Pirjo Haikola

Pirjo Haikola is a Finnish designer and conservationist with a focus on ocean conservation and biodiversity. She has worked on several high-profile projects and has received numerous awards for her work. Pirjo is also a skilled diver and has spent significant time observing and documenting marine life firsthand. She is currently based at the Australian Institute of Marine Science in Townsville, North Queensland, right by the Great Barrier Reef.
