Pliny the Younger was a Roman administrator, philosopher, and author. He was born in Como, Italy in 61 AD and died in 113 AD. He is best known for his letters, which provide valuable insights into life in ancient Rome. He served as a governor and administrator in several provinces, including Bithynia and Pontus.
