Prof. Mazen Qumsia is an Egyptian environmental scientist and activist. He is a professor at the American University in Cairo and has worked extensively on environmental issues in the Middle East. Qumsia has written extensively on the impact of climate change on the region and has been a vocal advocate for environmental protection. He is also a member of the Popular Committee Against the Wall and the Settlements.
