Professor Paul Collier

Professor Paul Collier is a British economist and public policy expert. He is currently the Professor of Global Public Policy at the University of Oxford and a Research Professor at the Blavatnik School of Government. He has written extensively on issues of global poverty, inequality, and economic development. He is also a former UN Special Representative for Africa and has advised governments on economic policy.
