Chinese revolutionary and feminist
Qiu Jin (1875-1907) was a Chinese revolutionary, writer, and feminist. She was a key figure in the Xinhai Revolution and is considered one of the most important female figures in Chinese history. She was also a prominent writer and advocate for women's rights. Qiu Jin's life was marked by her activism and her struggles against the traditional social norms of her time. She was executed by firing squad in 1907 for her involvement in the revolution.
