Rafael Bielsa

Rafael Bielsa is a Cuban-American lawyer and judge who served as a judge on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from 2000 to 2010. He was appointed to the court by President George W. Bush and served for over a decade. Bielsa is a graduate of Harvard Law School and has written extensively on the topic of international law and human rights. He is a frequent commentator on CNN, NPR, and BBC News.
