Rafael Homs

Rafael Homs is a Syrian rebel leader who has been involved in the Syrian Civil War since its early days. He is a member of the Free Syrian Army and has been a vocal advocate for the overthrow of the Assad regime. Homs has been the subject of international attention due to his role in the conflict.
