Ran Gvili

Ran Gvili was a member of the Hostages and Missing Families Forum in New York. He was a prominent advocate for the rights of hostages and their families. Gvili was taken hostage by Hamas in 2023 and held captive for 843 days. He was released in January 2026 and passed away shortly after. Gvili was a vocal critic of the Israeli government's handling of hostage situations and advocated for greater accountability. He was also a strong supporter of the Israeli people and worked tirelessly to raise awareness about the issue of hostages and missing persons.
