Randy Shumway

Randy Shumway is a public servant and advocate for homeless services. He has been the chairman of the state Homeless Services Board since 2019. Prior to his role as chairman, Shumway served as the executive director of the Utah Homeless Alliance. He has been a vocal advocate for addressing homelessness in Utah and has worked to develop policies and programs to support individuals experiencing homelessness. Shumway has also been involved in various initiatives to provide housing and services to homeless individuals.
