Raphael Lee

Raphael Lee is the director of USDR's Health Program, where he focuses on improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities. Lee has worked in various roles in healthcare policy and advocacy, including as a senior policy advisor at the National Association of Community Health Centers. He has also served as a fellow at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Lee is based in Washington, D.C.
