Rav Moshe Isserles

Rav Moshe Isserles, also known as the Rema, was a 16th-century rabbi and halakhist who is best known for his work on the Shulchan Aruch. He was a prominent figure in the Jewish community and is widely respected for his expertise in Jewish law. Isserles was born in 1520 and died in 1572. He is considered one of the most important figures in Jewish history.
