Russian-born U.S. intelligence expert
Rebekah Koffler is a Russian-born American intelligence expert and author. She served as a Russian strategy specialist in the Defense Intelligence Agency and with the CIA's National Clandestine Service. Koffler has written extensively on Russian and Ukrainian affairs. She is a frequent commentator on national security issues and has appeared on various media outlets. Koffler is also a professor at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. She has received several awards for her work, including the National Intelligence Award. Koffler is a graduate of Harvard University and has a master's degree in international relations from the University of Chicago. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Institute for Strategic Studies. Koffler is married to a U.S. Army officer and has two children. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on national security and intelligence issues.
