Ricardo Arnell

Ricardo Arnell is a Puerto Rican politician and environmental advocate who has been a leading voice on climate change in Puerto Rico. He has served as a member of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives and has been involved in several initiatives to promote sustainable development and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Arnell has also been a vocal critic of the Puerto Rican government's response to climate change. He is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
