Ricardo Bonilla

Ricardo Bonilla is a Colombian economist and politician who served as Minister of Finance from 2018 to 2022. He was a key figure in the government of President Gustavo Petro and was implicated in the Unidad Nacional de Gestión de Riesgo (Ungrd) scandal. Bonilla has a PhD in economics from the University of the Andes.
