Richard Haass

Richard Haass is a renowned expert on foreign policy and national security. He served as the U.S. Ambassador to Italy from 2001 to 2003 and was a key figure in the planning of the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Haass is currently the president emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations and has written extensively on foreign policy and national security issues.
