Richard Thaler

Richard Thaler is an American economist and behavioral economist. He is the Charles R. Walgreen Distinguished Professor of Behavioral Economics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Thaler is known for his work on behavioral economics and has written extensively on the topic. He was awarded the 2017 Nobel Prize in Economics for his work on how humans make (often irrational) decisions.
