Richard Wolff is an American economist, social theorist, and professor emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is best known for his work on Marxist economics and his appearances on the TV show "The Young Turks". Wolff has written several books on economics and politics, including "Democracy at Work" and "The Deindustrialization of America". He has also hosted his own podcast, "Economic Update", since 1999. Wolff is a prominent voice on issues related to economic inequality, globalization, and social justice.
