Robbie Figueroa

Robbie Figueroa is a co-founder and former COO of Maza, a Spanish-first neobank for underbanked consumers. He is now Chief Business Officer at Flex following Maza and Flex’s merger in late 2024. Robbie grew up in Queens with immigrant parents from Brazil and Ecuador, which inspired him to tackle financial exclusion. He has built a platform tailored to solopreneurs operating in the informal economy, onboarding thousands of users and building ITIN application tools and automating entity formation. Robbie met customers where they were and grew alongside them. He is a leader in the fintech industry, known for his innovative approach to financial inclusion.
