Robert Altman

Robert Altman was an American film director, producer, screenwriter, and composer. He is known for his work on films such as M*A*S*H, Nashville, and Gosford Park. Altman was a pioneer of the American independent film movement and was nominated for four Academy Awards for Best Director.
